It is entirely possible that I've not seen such a beautiful rare thing as a red rose in bloom!
Did you know that roses bloom in cycles- every 6 to 8 weeks?
In fact, if you expect to present your rose garden during some significant event such as a party, holiday, or really any all occasion gathering, you will want to count back the calendar from that date for 6 to 8 weeks and cut (or prune) to ensure the buds begin another blooming cycle and will have time to fully redevelop.
Doing so will ensure that your guests will enjoy the garden's remarkable beauty in full color and appeal. After all, you've invested a great deal of time to ensure that they are well cared for so: you've earned the right of show!!
BUT, what happens if you have missed your pruning date and haven't the time for a scheduled bloom to occur during that all occasion gathering?
First: Relax and Breathe!
Your party will no doubt continue to be a great success
